Wanoga Snow Park, Oregon

Drove 129 miles north today with a couple of productive stops along the way.  First was Gordy’s Truck Stop on US 97 for a tank dump and water fill.  Next stop was Bend’s Wal-Mart for re-provisioning.

Then on to the WINS' new camp on the slopes of Mt. Bachelor – about 14 miles west of Bend – at Wanoga Snow Park.

I’m parked beside blogger extraordinaire Diana of Life on the Open Road.  I think everyone in RV blogland follows Diana's adventures.  She’s been full-timing for 15 years and is an inspiration!

Just a few of the rigs.
We are at 5,467 feet elevation under a crystal blue sky with wind gusts up to 22 MPH.  It’s 60 degrees at the moment with a forecast overnight low of 36.  It's a looooong way from the Alabama summer!

Even with a full moon, the night sky should be spectacular.

We've met up with Diana a few times. She is as nice in person as she seems on her blog.
