Point Mallard Park

Off to a good start.  All systems functioning.

Still in the mid-90's at quitting time, so hook-ups are a must.

Looks like about 4 days before I can outdistance the devilish temps.  Soon summer will be a distant painful memory.

  3. I stay at the Decatur Alabama City Owned Point Mallard Park during the summer and it looks just like that. Where is the Point Mallard State Park? I ought to check it out.

  4. Did you have a reservation, or were there openings? I'm betting you are able to get in without a reservation after Labor Day. It looks very nice.

    All is well, the world's on track;

  7. Don't drive to fast to get up here. So far this week it's 90+ degrees and horrendous humidity in Michigan...

  8. PS: If you're driving up 75 in Michigan and need to camp, Hartwick Pines State Park is a lovely place, with old growth pines to walk through. Just one exit north of Greyling.
